Let’s cut to the chase.

You’re a licensed Forklift Operator.

You like structure, routine, and a job where the work is laid out, the gear is provided, and the money is solid.

You don’t need fluff. Just a place where you can get in, get it done, and get paid well for it.

Sound familiar?

Here’s what you’re looking at:
  • Roster: 2 Days, 2 Nights, 4 Off (yes, that means weekend work is involved)
  • Hours: 6am–6pm / 6pm–6am
  • Pay: $33.38 – $66.76 p/h (depending on the shift)
  • PPE: All supplied. All laundered. Daily.
  • Extras: Onsite showers. No bringing home the grime.
The work?
You’ll tag-team with your shift buddy between two core tasks:
  • Forklift Ops: Unloading trucks, loading the line.
  • Manual Labour: Unwrapping pallets, stacking batteries (up to 40kg) onto conveyors.
Simple. Repetitive. Satisfying.

This is not for the faint-hearted or the flaky. If you ghost shifts, this isn’t your gig.

But if you’ve got that “head down, get it done” mindset, keep reading.

You’ll need:
  • Forklift Licence (must-have)
  • Able to pass a pre-employment medical & monthly blood tests
  • Comfortable in full PPE safety here isn’t a buzzword, it’s gospel. (Full face respirator, full coverage overalls, steel cap boots, hard hat)

Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Rewards will not be issued if Huntsman Recruiting either currently have an agreement with the referred company or has worked with them previously.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

3.The referer can only receive payment on one placement per company they refer. They are welcome to submit referrals to multiple companies and collect rewards for each.

4.Permanent hires must be employed for 90 days to validate the reward.

5.Temporary hires must work 160 hours to validate the reward.
