This isn’t for the feint of heart!

Working on a large civil construction site, you’ll be on the shovel and the wacker packer backfilling trenches and moving dirt in and around foundations and working with conduits. You’ll rotate through the wacker packer so you’re not on it the entire time

With tight deadlines, we need you to be reliable. If you’re a no-show with no explanation, you won’t be welcomed back.

What’s in it for you?
Strap yourself in because this is ongoing work, and with a business that operates Australia wide, there is potential for FIFO work down the track for the right candidates.

Not to mention BULK overtime – you’ll be working 60+ hour weeks so this is your chance to knuckle down and make some good cash.

You’ll leave Albury at 6:00am each morning and knock off at around 5:30 for a 6:00pm return.

Pay rate:
$30.66 (Normal time – First 10hrs)
$36.80 (Overtime – Next 2hrs)
 
Requirements:
  • You must have a white card (Physical card or digital card on Service NSW required – we’ll need your card number)
  • Driver’s licence – we’ll need this to be able to induct you onsite
  • Ability to pass a breathalyser test each morning (Zero alcohol tolerance)

Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Rewards will not be issued if Huntsman Recruiting either currently have an agreement with the referred company or has worked with them previously.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

3.The referer can only receive payment on one placement per company they refer. They are welcome to submit referrals to multiple companies and collect rewards for each.

4.Permanent hires must be employed for 90 days to validate the reward.

5.Temporary hires must work 160 hours to validate the reward.

6.Rewards will be paid via the ‘Australia Post Giftcard by Mastercard’ upon completion of the specified employment duration as set out above.

7.Referral Claim Form must be submitted and verified in order to receive the reward (s).
