Labourers, where are you at?

We have two sites kicking off on 8th April in Tarcutta and Kunama.
  
Working on a large civil construction site, you’ll be doing a range of labouring duties: setting up compounds, putting up signage, carting and filling, working with environmental controls, putting up / taking down fencing, driving star pickets… The list goes on!
  
Pay rates:
$34.39p/h (Normal time – First 8hrs of the day)
$48.14 (Overtime – Next 2hrs)
  
Requirements:
  • You must have a white card (Physical card or digital card on Service NSW required – we’ll need your card number)
  • Driver’s licence & reliable transport – we’ll need this to be able to induct you onsite
  • Ability to pass a breathalyser test each morning (Zero alcohol tolerance) 
  • Basic PPE: Orange Long Sleeve High Vis, Work Pants, Steel Cap Boots, Hard Hat etc
  
You’ll come ready with previous experience working in a civil or commercial construction setting. With tight deadlines to meet and safety as a top priority, we need people who know their way around a construction site.
  
It goes without saying that you’ll need to be reliable. If you’re a no-show with no explanation, you won’t be welcomed back.
  
Drug/Alcohol testing will be completed prior to starting, so let’s save us all the time and energy if this isn’t something you can pass.
  
Pre-Starts will all be run off a mobile app so you’ll need to be comfortable with using your own device to run these each morning.

Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Rewards will not be issued if Huntsman Recruiting either currently have an agreement with the referred company or has worked with them previously.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

3.The referer can only receive payment on one placement per company they refer. They are welcome to submit referrals to multiple companies and collect rewards for each.

4.Permanent hires must be employed for 90 days to validate the reward.

5.Temporary hires must work 160 hours to validate the reward.

6.Rewards will be paid via the ‘Australia Post Giftcard by Mastercard’ upon completion of the specified employment duration as set out above.

7.Referral Claim Form must be submitted and verified in order to receive the reward (s).
