We’re after an administrator for a local event hire company.
You’ll be joining a team that consists of a small, full-time crew who all enjoy a good laugh and office banter but dig in and get the work done.
If you’re organised, proactive, and ready to dive into something exciting, this is the perfect spot for you!
Flexible hours are on the table for someone who can come in, be highly organised and make great events happen!
You’ll be responsible for taking all enquiries. Whether that be over the phone, face to face or via their website; you’ll bring a consultative approach to all clients, ensuring you are recording all details and taking them through the range of options for their big day or function.
They service anywhere from Wodonga to the Greater Riverina and surrounds.
A big part of this role is knowing their product range so you can advise and quote appropriately to the customers’ needs.
You thrive on dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s ensuring all possibilities have been considered, ultimately providing the right information when quoting and billing.
If you have experience utilising XERO– fantastic! If not, that’s ok too. You could be someone who is extremely computer savvy and can pick up new systems quickly.
During the busier periods of the year there can be up to 30 casual staff working on events, so you’ll have the ability to adapt and communicate effectively and ensure everyone is kept in the loop with the stock control of each function & event.
