This is no ordinary job — This is truly one-of-a-kind.
If you’re an empathetic, people-first leader with a knack for organisation and a big heart, this role will be right up your alley.
Huntsman Recruiting is proud to be partnering with Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) in the search for an incredible House Manager to lead their Wagga Wagga Chapter.
RMHC is a well-loved charity that supports seriously ill children and their families, offering them a warm, welcoming place to stay during some of life’s toughest moments.
In Wagga Wagga, RMHC runs both a Ronald McDonald House and a Family Room — and you’ll be at the helm, keeping things running smoothly while making sure every family feels at home.
As House Manager, you’ll be the heart of it all. Looking after the day-to-day running of the House, leading a small team of casual staff, and supporting an incredible group of over 120 volunteers.
You’ll meet and welcome families, help them settle in, and provide support when they need it most.
Compassion, calmness, and a good dose of common sense will go a long way in this role.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same.
From making sure the facilities are running smoothly, to liaising with hospital staff and local organisations, to speaking with community groups and making sure everything stays compliant and safe.
You’ll be involved in just about everything.
You’ll need to be someone who’s confident leading a team, can juggle a variety of tasks, and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life.
We’re looking for someone with leadership experience, ideally in a community, health, education, or customer service setting.
Experience working with volunteers is a big plus, and above all, we’re after someone who’s kind, grounded, and genuinely cares about people.
In return, you’ll be part of something truly special and receive a generous salary package to match the responsibility of the role.
More importantly, this a genuine chance to play a vital role in the community to a cause that truly matters.
If this sounds like you, we’d love to chat.
