Let’s be real: IT can feel a bit “same old, same old” sometimes, right?
The same projects, the same spot, the same routine.
But what if there’s a role that mixes it up?
One where you’re not just chained to your desk but out there, meeting clients, rolling out new tech, solving real-world problems, and making people’s lives easier?
We’ve got just the thing.
This role gives you the best of both worlds.
You’ll be the go-to person ensuring our clients’ IT systems run smoothly.
It’s not just about answering calls and handling tickets—though there’s a bit of that—you’ll be part of a team managing projects, solving issues, and building real connections with the people you’re helping.
It’s not just about fixing issues; it’s about giving people a better experience—one that doesn’t feel like another painful transaction.
Your day-to-day will include handling incoming support tickets, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with the team when the tricky ones come up.
You’ll answer calls, respond to user inquiries, and remotely resolve technical problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
When it comes to projects, you’ll be involved in everything from system upgrades to migrations and deployments, contributing to planning, execution, and documentation along the way.
You’ll also be setting up and configuring cloud-based phone systems for clients, and assisting with network infrastructure setup and maintenance, all while working with network engineers to keep everything running smoothly and securely.
But that’s not all.
Building rapport with clients is a big part of the role.
You’ll be their trusted IT partner, making sure they’re satisfied with how quickly and accurately their issues are resolved.
When critical problems arise, you’ll be on it within the hour, ensuring clients hear back from you the same business day.
It’s all about making sure they feel supported and in good hands.
You’ll thrive if you know your way around:
– Network management – WLAN, Routing & Switching
– Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Data Loss Prevention
– Meraki
– Cisco Systems
– Office 365
– Antivirus/Malware Software
The company you ask!
A locally owned business with 40-strong across multiple locations, with a culture that’s inclusive, full of variety, and always has room for a bit of friendly banter.
You’ll get all the training and professional development opportunities you’ve been craving, along with a salary from 80k – 100K + super.
If you think this could be the change you need.
