Ready to dive in?
Yeah, we went there with the pun—because this job is all about making a splash in your next move.
We’re guessing you’ve hit a glass ceiling in your current service role with no real path for growth (or let’s be real, a decent paycheck), this is your chance to turn things around.
We’re talking about a key role in a growing local Pool Shop with serious potential.
Think career progression, salary increases and even profit-sharing for someone who’s ready to own it.
As a Pool Service Manager , you’ll be stepping up to run the show on the service side of the business.
You’ll be the right-hand person to the owner, making sure everything runs smoothly, customers are happy, and the service team is firing on all cylinders.
This isn’t a sit-back-and-watch kind of role. it’s hands-on, fast-paced, and absolutely essential to keeping the business growing.
With a small but mighty team of fewer than ten people, reliability, organisation, and top-tier communication skills are a must.
Each day kicks off by checking in with the service crew, reviewing schedules, and making sure everything is on track.
Since everything is managed through apps, being tech-savvy is important.
You’ll also be planning ahead for the week, organising job schedules, quoting jobs, following up with customers, and coordinating pool servicing.
When jobs need parts, you’ll be the one ensuring they’re ordered and ready to go.
A solid understanding of pool equipment and parts is a plus, but don’t stress—there’s plenty of room to learn on the job.
Communication is a big part of this role, whether it’s updating customers, keeping the service team in the loop, or handling suppliers.
You’ll be making calls, sending emails, and having face-to-face chats daily.
The business needs someone who is dependable, proactive, and switched on.
You’ll be the owner’s go-to person when they’re not around, so confidence, leadership, and the ability to get things done are crucial.
In the early days, you’ll spend time out on the road with the technicians, gaining hands-on experience with pool servicing and equipment, so you can truly understand how everything operates.
This is a full-time role in a down-to-earth team that values hard work, reliability, and a great attitude.
We’re looking for someone with a get-up-and-go mentality, a strong work ethic, and the confidence to represent the company well.
