Personality traits: Easy going, great banter, excellent communication skills, hard working, passionate about everything automotive and an all round administrative superstar. 

Skill sets: Brilliant at Excel (not just your basic commands) and Power BI, a Mechanic and/or have experience in the industry, great with managing multiple clients simultaneously, a problem solver and a solution based operator.
  
Previous work history: 
You’ve worked in transport, or the automotive industry. You might currently be working in a Transport Logistics role or in a Fleet Management role.

We have the answer.

Intellifleet are now looking for their next Account Manager, responsible for the ongoing client support associated with installing IVMS (In Vehicle Monitoring System) units for a wide range of industries and various vehicles, plant & equipment. 

They provide a live system designed to give fleet operators the tools needed to build a high-performing operation – delivering the highest levels of safety & efficiency.

You have a strong mechanical skill set with a qualification in either Automotive Electrics or Mechanics, so you’ll be able to kick off with limited supervision, while easily establishing solid working relationships with the other Account Managers. 

And hey, if you haven’t got the qualifications but have been working in the industry for the last 5-6 years – we’d still love to chat!

You have a strong can-do attitude and a fantastic ability to problem solve. Most importantly, you will demonstrate a commitment to WHS policies, procedures and regulations.  

With clients located all over Australia, some work requires you to be onsite with your customers, but you’ll be predominantly based in-office, in sunny Wagga Wagga. 

Ensuring the Automotive Technicians and clients alike are supported in their installations and program updates, you will coordinate with clients and their fleet vehicles as to when and where they need to be to receive their service.

You will have the ability to liaise with the Automotive Technicians out on site for equipment orders, or any issues that need immediate attention.
And it’s no surprise you thrive on providing brilliant customer service.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

I was described as this once, probably with the intention of causing offence – but in fact, it had the opposite effect… I’m definitely NOT A WALLFLOWER. I’m outrageous, fun loving, energetic and am usually juggling multiple categories of life, all at once!
What’s that saying? “If you want something done, give it to someone busy”? Insert raised hand emoji here!

Part of my skill set learnt early on, working in the event industry, is to facilitate expectations – both from a client and vendor perspective. You’re the middle man. You’re there to bridge the gap between what the client wants and what the vendor can provide. Much like recruiting… We’re here to find you the perfect fit, and to be open and honest about what that looks like for both client and candidate.

Along the way, I’ve accumulated my fair share of battle scars, both figuratively and maybe a few clumsy mishaps here and there. But hey, it’s all part of the journey, and I’ve learned valuable lessons from each experience.
