No pun intended. Okay… maybe just a little.
There’s a booming horticulture scene in Griffith.
Almonds, specifically.
This opportunity is growing at full tilt.
The business is flat-out keeping up with demand.
Clients are calling.
Trees are blossoming.
And they need another sharp mind to get boots on the ground and keep things thriving.
We’re after someone who knows citrus from stone fruit, who can pick up disease pressure before the leaves start whispering, and who knows their way around a fert program like it’s second nature.
You’ll spend your days where the action is: out on-farm, checking soil and leaf samples, monitoring tree health, and giving clients the kind of insight that actually makes a difference.
There’s a sales component, sure but it’s consultative.
Solutions-based.
You’re not shifting products; you’re adding value.
That’s why clients keep coming back.
You’ll be backed by a team that actually wants you to grow.
Think study tours, full training on industry systems, conferences, leadership coaching if you want it and internal mentoring programs that could push you to the next level in the agro space.
You’ll be given the freedom to build your own patch, your own client base, and your own name in the industry without the old-school micromanagement.
Package wise, they will remunerate accordingly to the market and what someone can bring to the table.
You’ll also be provided with all the tools of the trade – company car, phone, laptop… the usual, plus a few little perks on top pending business performance.
They say real men OR women wear pink.
So, maybe it’s time to change shirts.
If you know, you know.
OR Reach out and we’ll tell you the rest.
