Three-day weekends. Every single week.
No Friday shifts. No Sunday night dread. No dragging yourself into work while your mates are still asleep or halfway to the coast already.
Monday to Thursday from 6:00am to 4:00pm with a permanent three-day weekend building some of the most premium performance boats on the water.
The place is ridiculously clean. We’re talking you could eat your lunch off the floor clean. Every tool has its place. Every station runs properly. This is not some chaotic workshop held together with cable ties and bad attitudes.
These guys manufacture elite high-performance boats and the product is absolutely Mickey Mouse. The kind of thing you actually feel proud putting your name to at the end of the day.
We’re currently chasing an Assembly Operator along with a Detailer to join the team.
The assembly side involves fitting and assembling components into the boats, preparing your station, organising parts, confirming selections are correct, building to specification, checking quality and passing completed work onto the next station ready to roll. You’ll also jump around and help others where needed because everyone works together to keep the flow moving.
The detailer side would suit someone with a seriously sharp eye for detail. Maybe you’ve detailed cars before. MIf you notice fingerprints on glass before anyone else does, this could be right up your alley.
The good news is you do not need direct boat-building experience. Some of our best operators have come from kitchens, mechanics workshops, automotive detailing, warehousing, trades assistant roles and even retail. People who are used to fast-paced environments, pressure, teamwork and getting the job done properly tend to do really well here.
What matters most is reliability, enthusiasm and wanting to succeed. We’re looking for people who appreciate work-life balance, can work autonomously while still being part of a team and have basic hand tooling skills with a good eye for organisation.
You’ll be paid $31.19 per hour plus superannuation with weekly pay, so there’s no waiting around for your money.
The four-day workweek changes your life more than you think. Fridays suddenly become yours again. Fishing trips, appointments, gym sessions, family time, side hustles or simply doing absolutely nothing guilt-free.
If you’re reliable, switched on and keen to build something bloody cool, we want to hear from you.
