Based in sunny Wagga Wagga, we’re now on the hunt for a talented Bookkeeper who knows more than how to wrangle numbers and balance books!
Don’t stress, you’ll have plenty of support from an external accounting firm so your focus can be totally in-house, preparing all of the crucial account reporting documents.
But before we get stuck into it..

With an in-depth knowledge of MYOB, you will hit the ground running in the first three months, getting to know how the business works and the internal systems specific to your role.
In saying that, your analytical mind, attention to detail and self motivating skills are second to none.
You’ll have full autonomy… ahh no micromanagement here!
So be prepared to be left to your own devices to get the job done with the assistance of the administration and leadership team when/if required.
You’ll also be actively encouraged to bring your personality to work, who said bookkeeping was boring?!
You’ll have solid payroll experience (there isn’t a huge pay run, around 30 people in total) however, it is complex to a certain degree. You will also be assisting with processing creditor accounts as well as accounts payable and receivable.
With the assistance of external accountants, you’ll be responsible for preparing the quarterly BAS statements and assisting the Administration Manager with month-end reporting.
The team consists of service technicians, sales consultants and administrators. They are a very social group with an emphasis on being a family friendly workplace.
The team take their jobs seriously, but not themselves and enjoy having a good laugh.
