Because you know that behind every perfectly packed order is someone who made sure the right number of crates made it into the right truck, at the right time.

That someone? Could be you.

This isn’t just a warehouse gig. This is a cutting-edge tomato pack-house operation.

And we’re looking for a Warehouse Operator to run it like clockwork.

Why You’ll Want This Job

You’ll be coordinating pallets into the cold room, prepping orders, and loading trucks (7–8 semis a day at peak). Managing the flow of materials in and out of dispatch.

You’ll cross-check order paperwork to make sure what’s going out is 100% spot-on, teaming up with production staff to understand daily volumes and getting ahead of the curve.

You’ve got a sharp eye, a good head for numbers and you’re a gun on the forklkift.

You’re hands-on, switched on, and don’t need babysitting.

Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (roughly 9–5 or 10–6), with some flexibility needed. 

Occasional Saturdays pop up when the supermarkets start ringing.

This is not a job for someone looking for a short-term stop-gap. We’re after people who want to stick around, grow with the business, and become part of the crew.

1. Rewards will not be issued if Huntsman Recruiting either currently have an agreement with the referred company or has worked with them previously.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

3.The referer can only receive payment on one placement per company they refer. They are welcome to submit referrals to multiple companies and collect rewards for each.

4.Permanent hires must be employed for 90 days to validate the reward.

5.Temporary hires must work 160 hours to validate the reward.
