You’ve done your time in the marketing trenches.
You’ve launched, optimised and analysed.
This isn’t “run our socials and make it pretty”
Absolutely not.
Its ownership of the whole marketing of the business.
The strategy. The campaigns. The results.
Yours to own.
You won’t be colouring inside the lines.
You’ll be drawing the map.
These guys are signage specialists with a serious edge in the gaming and hospitality space.
Think high-end casinos, pubs, clubs, entertainment venues; the kind of visual marketing that makes people stop and go “whoa.”
They’re focussed on direct to market and they need someone to lead the charge in the marketing world.
That’s you.
They’re not just after someone who can schedule some LinkedIn posts or throw together a Canva flyer.
They want someone who’s strategic, commercially minded, and fired up by the idea of taking a great product and making it unmissable.
Someone who can build a real plan with real leads, real results, and real impact.
There’s already some good stuff in motion (including a new product launch), but this is your opportunity to pull it all together and make it sing.
You’ll have the freedom to shape the brand’s voice, run campaigns, build content, and drive performance.
You’ll get stuck into everything from case study videos and social ads to lead gen strategies and international growth planning.
If you love bouncing between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution and you know your way around a camera or Adobe when needed, this is your kind of role.
You’ll work closely with the General Manager and the vibe across the business is flexible, can-do, and practical.
This role is ideal for someone who’s already delivered real wins.
No need for a marketing degree if your portfolio proves the point.
Maybe you’ve worked in the consumer market, maybe you haven’t but you know how to make a product visible, valuable, and in demand.
You’re driven by outcomes, not optics.
You like a deadline, a challenge, and a clear lane to run in.
You’ll have flexibility in hours and working style; on-site preferred, but negotiable.
You’ll get support for professional and personal development, and the genuine chance to grow something that could one day hit international markets.
This is not a “keep the lights on” role it’s a build-something-that-lasts role.
If your current job feels like you’re yelling into the void and you’re itching to do work that actually gets noticed, let’s chat.
Send your CV, or better yet, message Kaitlin Flagg on Linkedin for the inside scoop.
