This is a think-bigger role.
Picture yourself as the go-to technical authority for a national dealer network.
The calm one.
The one they call when they need real guidance; diagnostics support, parts advice, warranty clarity, or simply a steady head when five things hit at once.
You’re the conduit between factory and dealer land.
Working with a highly renowned international tow boat brand based in Albury, you’ll support dealerships across inbound cases, refine and distribute service bulletins, troubleshoot technical issues, follow up, close loops, and encourage proactive thinking instead of reactive scrambling.
This role isn’t just about answering questions.
It’s about keeping an entire dealer service network empowered with knowledge so customers’ boats run smoothly season after season.
First three months? Learn the product and build confidence.
By six? You’re independently managing cases, building trust with dealer teams, spotting patterns and influencing outcomes.
And here’s the kicker.
Your weekend starts before most people have had their second coffee.
We’re talking Monday to Thursday and a half day Friday.
You’ll have strong back-end support from in-house engineers and product experts locally and at global HQ in the US.
You’re not on an island by yourself, you’re backed properly.
They’re looking for someone calm, technical and proactive.
Unflustered. Commercially aware. Not rigid.
Confident enough to hold a conversation with dealers, technical enough to earn their respect.
Marine experience? Bonus.
Service Manager background? Big plus.
Strong engines and diagnostics knowledge? Essential.
Solid people skills? Non-negotiable.
