Here’s what you’re walking into:
A state-of-the-art glasshouse and pack-shed operation. Pristine floors, robotics, AI grading, and several fast-paced lines including grading, pre-pack, bulk, and flow wrap.
This is the heartbeat of a booming fresh produce business and you’ll be helping keep the beat steady.
Before you lead, you’ll learn.
You’ll get to know the machinery, the rhythm of the lines, the quirks of the kit, so that when something goes off, you’re the first to pick it.
Then, it’s your time to lead.
You’ll support a team of 5-6 operators on your line. Lift morale. Keep the pace. Solve problems before they escalate.
And you won’t be doing it alone.
You’ll be backed by a Packshed Manager and Supervisor with years of industry experience under their belt.

Forklift licence is a bonus, not a deal-breaker.
Standard weekday shifts (Monday to Friday, 8 hours), with the occasional Saturday paid at overtime.
