This is not a retail counter role.
No scripts to follow.
No “just chuck it on the backorder and hope for the best.”
It’s a role for someone who likes ownership.
When the wrong part turns up, everything stops.
When the right person is in this seat, everything keeps moving.
Working within a well-established Australian agricultural manufacturer supporting customers and dealers nationwide, they are now looking for a Parts & Sales Manager to join the fold.
Someone calm. Methodical. Unflappable.
This business builds equipment that people rely on, and behind that reliability sits a parts operation that needs to be sharp, accurate, and attention to detail is a must.
You’ll own spare parts enquiries end-to-end.
Identifying the right parts by make and model.
Working through catalogues, systems, and suppliers.
Ordering, receiving, picking, packing, dispatching, invoicing.
No front counter.
Just responsibility, trust, and the expectation that you’ll get it right.
You’ll be the person customers and dealers come back to because you know your stuff and you follow through.
The one who stays steady when things get busy.
The one who doesn’t need noise or praise to do a good job.
Day to day, you’ll be handling parts enquiries from customers and dealers, checking manuals and catalogues, ordering and receipting stock, packing orders, dispatching parts, and marking stock off manually alongside MYOB.
Some days are steady.
Others depend entirely on the season.
This role suits someone practical, organised, and detail-driven. Someone who understands that great service isn’t flashy, it’s accurate, timely, and consistent.
In return, you’ll step into a stable, full-time position with a down-to-earth team, sensible hours (8:00am–4:30pm, occasionally longer when required), and room to grow as systems and processes continue to improve.
If you like being the person who brings order to moving parts, keeps things running behind the scenes, and takes quiet pride in doing things properly…
Let’s talk.
