We’ve got a new roads contract firing up on the HumeLink West project.

The Gig
  • Solid hours: Up to 50 hour weeks with good overtime – line up some serious pay (6:45am pre-starts each day)
  • Duration: Minimum 3 months’ work, longer if contracts keep rolling.
  • Site: We have a site based in Tarcutta and Kunama
  • Local Workforce: We’re after operators who live locally – no FIFO or accommodation provided.
Heads up: it’s winter – it’ll be cold, wet, and sometimes rained out. We do our best to keep you working, but you’ll need to be flexible and roll with the weather.

You’re like to think of yourself as a bit of an all-rounder, happy to jump in and help out wherever needed, working across machines and on the ground doing general labouring work. 

You’ll be joining a team who’s down to earth, loves a good laugh and who are happy to throw their hand up wherever needed.

What You’ll Need
  • Civil experience – you know how it goes on big sites.
  • Tickets: RII for Roller, Moxy, and/or Loader – already in your pocket.
  • White Card (physical or digital from Service NSW) – card number required.
  • Fit for work – able to pass daily drug and alcohol tests (zero tolerance).
  • Basic PPE: long-sleeve orange high-vis, work pants, steel caps, hard hat, safety glasses
  • Comfortable using your own phone for pre-starts on a mobile app each morning.
Pay
  • $40.15/hour – first 8 hours.
  • $56.21/hour – overtime (next 2 hours).

1. Rewards will not be issued if Huntsman Recruiting either currently have an agreement with the referred company or has worked with them previously.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

3.The referer can only receive payment on one placement per company they refer. They are welcome to submit referrals to multiple companies and collect rewards for each.

4.Permanent hires must be employed for 90 days to validate the reward.

5.Temporary hires must work 160 hours to validate the reward.
