Say what??
An intimate medical practice where you’re looking after one specialist and setting up administrative processes that work best for you?!
Unheard of!
I can picture you now, working huge hours for a busy practice with loads of responsibility and the expectations are constantly piling up with no change in remuneration.
You know you are being stretched too thin when you’re operating reactively not proactively. It’s now time to put your skills to good use.
Working with a local ENT specialist looking to step out on her own, we are on the hunt for a vibrant and dynamic leader to jump on board as Practice Manager
You will be responsible for the overall management of the day to day running of the practice. From the medical receptionist to patients, you’ll be overseeing all aspects to ensure a high level of service is maintained.
As they say, leaders lead from the front.
This is a role where you can truly be your own boss. You’ll receive full support from the ENT Specialist whether that be, developing new ways to streamline processes or engaging with the local health community.
Scheduling and liaising with hospitals, setting up appointment bookings for Drs, Nurses, and Allied health practices will be a piece of cake – you’ll come with a good knowledge of Best Practice and Medicare online platforms.
The new practice will have you establishing systems such as GenTu (the new Genie) for you to utilise them to their full potential.
You’re not someone to shy away from pitching in and helping out so it’s no surprise that you’ll assist with the cleaning and preparation of instruments.
You’ll be managing all the HR aspects as well as rostering for the entire team so you’ll have the ability to communicate across all levels.
Meticulous is your middle name, whether it be managing risk and compliance, practice accreditation or checking invoices.
You’ll have no problem processing Mediclaim’s as well as the ability to ‘balance the books’ at the end of the day.
With top notch attention to detail you’re just the person who can pick up on errors and be able to amend them efficiently.
You might be currently working as a Practice Manager or looking to step up from a Senior Medical Administrator into a management position.
What we need is someone who can lead from the front and continue to build a collaborative and inclusive culture.
So what are you waiting for?
