We’re building a pool of reliable, ready-to-go Production Operators to jump into short-term assignments when the need arises.

It might be next week. It might be tomorrow. Either way, we want to hear from you if you’re the kind of person who thrives on a bit of organised chaos and knows their way around a production floor.

What will you be doing?

Jumping into shifts that keep the production line flowing. Working with gear like pasteurisers, fillers, packing lines, and bottle formers. You’ll help keep quality sky-high, hygiene tight, and your workspace looking sharp.
What do you need to bring?
  • A truckload of reliability—when you say you’ll be there, you’re there.
  • Ideally, some production experience (especially in food or FMCG)
  • A current forklift licence? That’ll earn you a virtual high-five.
  • Clear communication skills and a solid safety mindset
  • Willingness to complete medicals, drug/alcohol screening, and a criminal history check
PPE? Sorted.
Training? On the job.

This gig is casual and ad-hoc, perfect if you’re between roles, studying, or want to earn while keeping your calendar open.

Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Rewards will not be issued if Huntsman Recruiting either currently have an agreement with the referred company or has worked with them previously.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

3.The referer can only receive payment on one placement per company they refer. They are welcome to submit referrals to multiple companies and collect rewards for each.

4.Permanent hires must be employed for 90 days to validate the reward.

5.Temporary hires must work 160 hours to validate the reward.

6.Rewards will be paid via the ‘Australia Post Giftcard by Mastercard’ upon completion of the specified employment duration as set out above.

Business has always fascinated me, with its ups and downs, daily lessons, and the inevitable growth that accompanies them. Along the way, I’ve accumulated my fair share of battle scars, both figuratively and maybe a few clumsy mishaps here and there. But hey, it’s all part of the journey, and I’ve learned valuable lessons from each experience.
