Yep, you’ve heard right. FOUR Day Work Week right here!

With Fridays off most weeks (potential for half-day Fridays during peak demand leading into Summer) this is perfect for those weekend adventures or even those who want a bit of extra time with friends and family.

The nitty gritty:
  • Hours: 6:00am – 4:00pm | Mon-Thurs
  • Must be able to pass a full medical, including drug/alcohol test
  • Potential to transition into a permanent role for the right candidate

There are multiple sections within the business that you could be working in: moulding, fibre glass, assembly, and upholstery, just to name a few.

We need someone who isn’t afraid of a bit of hard work.

You’re a tinkerer by nature, always looking for the next project to sink your teeth into and love the challenge of putting things together.

You’ll be helping to produce a luxury product, which is at the top of it’s industry.

This role will see you working both on your own, and as part of a team, and we’ll be relying on you to do your part.

This means we need reliability and commitment to the working hours and your role, proving you can show up each day and get the work done.

At the end of the day you’ll be able to dust off your hands and step back with the deep satisfaction of knowing the work you’ve done has helped to bring together an incredible product.

Referral Terms & Conditions

1. Rewards will not be issued if Huntsman Recruiting either currently have an agreement with the referred company or has worked with them previously.

2.Referral Rewards will only be issued for the first placement made with the referred company, there will be no ongoing rewards for that particular company.

3.The referer can only receive payment on one placement per company they refer. They are welcome to submit referrals to multiple companies and collect rewards for each.

4.Permanent hires must be employed for 90 days to validate the reward.

5.Temporary hires must work 160 hours to validate the reward.

6.Rewards will be paid via the ‘Australia Post Giftcard by Mastercard’ upon completion of the specified employment duration as set out above.

7.Referral Claim Form must be submitted and verified in order to receive the reward (s).

I was described as this once, probably with the intention of causing offence – but in fact, it had the opposite effect… I’m definitely NOT A WALLFLOWER. I’m outrageous, fun loving, energetic and am usually juggling multiple categories of life, all at once!
What’s that saying? “If you want something done, give it to someone busy”? Insert raised hand emoji here!

Part of my skill set learnt early on, working in the event industry, is to facilitate expectations – both from a client and vendor perspective. You’re the middle man. You’re there to bridge the gap between what the client wants and what the vendor can provide. Life is short.

Business doesn’t have to be serious and full of pretenders, so I’ve taken off the mask and am simply being me: rough around the edges, quirky, and a bit of a strange cat.

Business has always fascinated me, with its ups and downs, daily lessons, and the inevitable growth that accompanies them. Along the way, I’ve accumulated my fair share of battle scars, both figuratively and maybe a few clumsy mishaps here and there. But hey, it’s all part of the journey, and I’ve learned valuable lessons from each experience.

Recruitment holds a special place in my heart because I have personally experienced the impact that an exceptional team can have on businesses. Hence, I recognize the immense importance of the industry.
